Head Start is staffed by professionally trained and credentialed educators and assistants, maintaining a ratio of 1:10 and 1:9 in the classroom (full day and part day respectively).
The SCCAA Head Start / Early Head Start program is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
