ERSEA / Family and Community Partnership Manager, Stark County Community Action Agency Head Start Program, will administer all Family and Community Partnership operations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines. Responsible for the development and implementation of recruitment, marketing, and enrollment plans. Management of all issues related to Head Start Family Services staff. Maintain confidentiality. Minimum requirements are a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred or a Bachelor's Degree and a of three (3) years family services experience required. Center Manager, Alliance, OH Stark County Community Action Agency Head Start Program, will assure the center operates in full compliance of all Head Start/Early Head Start Performance Standards issued by the US Department of Health and Human Services and ODJFS Daycare licensing rules. Ensure that all aspects of child development, health, safety, and nutrition are at or above levels required by the Head Start Act. Maintain family and community partnerships. Mentor, train, coach & discipline staff. Minimum requirements are a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and five (5) years related experience in an ECE and pre-school setting. Lead Teacher, Stark County Community Action Agency Head Start Program, will implement Early Childhood Development program curriculum and activities which take into consideration cultural, social, and economic backgrounds, emotional or physical disabilities, and individual style and pace of learning to ensure a holistic and comprehensive delivery of services. Minimum requirements a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education and a minimum of four (4) months documented successful experience in a pre-school/child care environment. Salary $10.50 hr.

Stark County Community Action Agency is seeking a full-time mechanic with minimum of 3 years-experience in repair and preventive maintenance; light and medium duty truck mechanics; knowledge of gasoline/diesel engines, heavy duty automatic transmissions. Requirements: Must meet all physical and lifting requirements of the job, a clean background check and an insurable driver’s license, a CDL a plus or ability to obtain within 60 days. DFWP, EEOE
