The Stark County Community Action Agency is seeking Contractors to perform subcontract work for our Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP). The goal of the Home Weatherization Assistance Program is to reduce home energy consumption and costs for eligible households by improving the energy efficiency of their homes while ensuring their health and safety.
The types of Contractors needed include: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Insulation, Pest Remediation and Roofing. Interested Contractors must show proof of liability insurance, worker’s compensation coverage, and must own their own equipment, including testing equipment. Contractors must also hold the appropriate licenses; have the required State training and adhere to an established price list.
