Due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak and based recommendations from Governor DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health, we have made some adjustments to our day to day operations. Until further notice, public access to the SCCAA lobby at the Webster Square building located, 1366 Market Avenue N. is limited to 8 individuals in the reception lobby area at a time.

We will continue to monitor this health crisis and, in the meantime, we will to work to provide vital assistance to our clients. First and foremost, we want to ensure safety and that we are taking recommended precautions wherever possible.

If you are inquiring about HEAP assistance, please see the “Beat the Heat” flyer regarding the 2020 HEAP Summer Crisis program that can be found under the “News” tab.

Thank you for your additional patience during this time.
