Due to the accelerating outbreak of the coronavirus and based recommendations from Governor DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health, we have made some adjustments to our day to day operations. Beginning Tuesday, March 24, 2020, SCCAA staff have been instructed to work from home whenever possible.

Our main phone lines have been forwarded to a general mailbox and will be checked at regular intervals. Should you have specific program related questions, you may leave a message and your questions will be answered as soon as possible.

For more immediate assistance, please contact us via email at help@sccaa.org. Please Note: It is not necessary to contact us repeatedly; your call or email will be answered in the order in which they were received.

We will continue to monitor this health crisis and, in the meantime, we will to work to provide vital assistance to our clients. First and foremost, we want to ensure safety and that we are taking recommended precautions wherever possible.

Thank you for your additional patience as we work through this transition.
