The Winter Crisis Program has been extended through May 1, 2020 to align with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio’s extended Winter Reconnect Order. The Public Utilities Commission has directed utilities to ensure that utility service to customers is maintained (not shut-off for non-payment and/or restored if off) during the COVID-19 state of emergency.
